Wright & Filippis has sponsored the Wheelchair Daze Picnic since 1980. This event is a free picnic for people of all ages, with any form of disability and their families. The afternoon features carnival games, clowns, petting farm, a barbecue lunch, and much more for the whole family.

27th Annual Wheelchair Daze Picnic

August 4, 2007 marked the 27th annual Wheelchair Daze picnic, held at Independence Oaks Park in Clarkston, Michigan. Picnic-goers enjoyed a barbecue lunch, games, music, and boat rides.
Wright & Filippis would like to thank all of the volunteers who helped to make this event a success. We would not have been able to service all of the guests without your help. We would also like to extend special thanks to Tony Rubino and Danny Rubino for their generous donation of hamburgers, hot dogs and buns; and Pepsi for their donation of soft drinks.
