Debbie Pincura - Director of Network Administration

Receiving a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Systems Analysis from Western Michigan University, Debbie was armed with the tools necessary to continue in the family business in the areas she loved most.

Debbie Pincura, the daughter of Gene Filippis, grew up at Wright & Filippis.  After years of helping clean and working odd jobs as a teenager, she obtained her first full-time job at Wright & Filippis:  uploading accounts receivable ledgers to their first computer system.

Thirty years later, she’s now the Executive Director of Network Administration, with her main responsibilities including DMEnsion, a third-party administrator that has grown to serve over 7 million members.  Developing the TPA systems and serving on the Quality Management Committee for DMEnsion, she continues to help on the Wright & Filippis side as well, serving on the Executive Committee.

Throughout the years, Debbie has been an integral part of putting new procedures in place to make the company more efficient.  She developed the first Call Center, known as “Central Intake”, a complex routing system which sends customer calls to representatives to set up their medical equipment deliveries.  And Debbie assisted in the design, installation and training of a new Wright & Filippis computer system which links all facilities together to the central warehouse inventory stock.

Debbie’s made sure that both Wright & Filippis and DMEnsion are accredited with the highest standards set within the industry.  She assisted with the first accreditation granted by JCAHO and URAC (committees who set the rules for healthcare organization operations).

An avid reader in her free time, Debbie has lived in Rochester Hills for 25 years with her husband and four children.
