The Livonia facility has a new and improved building and location!

Nearly twice the size of the old building, the location is also much more convenient. “All of the positive feedback we have received from our patients has been wonderful. We are able to better serve our patients which makes for a better work environment,” said Anne Monette, office manager.
Mike DeVries, retail sales associate, has been making his rounds to different locations, revising retail sales and showrooms. Something new that is being implemented at the Livonia facility is a sales greeter who stays in the showroom area to not only welcome patients, but advise them on products. “This way when patients visit they will be informed of exactly what we carry and they can leave with everything they need,” Mike said.
