Wright & Filippis stands behind the products it offers. We carry a wide selection of monitors from which to choose, including those with alternate-site testing capabilities and all can be downloaded to your computer. Wright & Filippis also offers several product lines of lancets and test strips, always guaranteed to be in stock when you place your order.

Glucometer Patients

• Both insulin-dependent and non insulin-dependent patients may order up to three (3) months of supplies depending on insurance coverage.
• You, your caregiver or doctor must call to reorder supplies. Wright & Filippis is not permitted to initiate an order or reorder of supplies. An order reminder will be included with each shipment of supplies.
• Your prescription must be renewed every 12 months.
• If the quantity you are using is more than the amount allowed by Medicare, you must provide us with test results for one month. These results are valid for six months.

Ostomy & Urological Supplies

Wright & Filippis also carries Ostomy and Urological supplies that can be easily ordered by phone and delivered right to your door.

Wright & Filippis carries several types of catheters and leg bags, including latex-free products for your Urological needs.

Our Ostomy products include a wide array of pouches and wafers, skin barriers, and drainage systems for infection control.

Ordering Your Ostomy & Urological Supplies

1. Phone Message Order (may also be used for placing diabetic supply orders)
Call (800) 343-4944 and follow the prompts. When you hear the tone, leave the following information:

• Patient’s first and last name
• Patient’s reorder number
• Patient’s area code and phone number
• Any changes to the order, product, or quantity

2. Phone Order with a Customer Service Representative (may also be used for placing diabetic supply orders)
Call (800) 343-4944 between the hours of 8am - 5pm ET, Monday-Friday, and follow the prompts to be connected with the Central Supply Department. A representative will come on the line to take your order.

Once you place your order, you should receive your supplies within 5-7 business days. That’s all there is to it!
