In the case of any problems, attempt to troubleshoot using this guide, and if a solution cannot be reached, notify Wright & Filippis immediately at (800) 482-0222.

TROUBLE	PROBABLE CAUSE	REMEDY
Machine is not operating.	Plug is not firmly in wall outlet.	Check plug at wall outlet.
Medication will not mist.	Medicine cup is not properly assembled or is not clean.	Clean and disinfect the medicine cup. Ensure that the baffle is in place, the cap is on tightly, and tubing connections are secure. If the medication still will not mist, replace the medicine cup.
Medication leaks out of cap.	Cap is loose or cross threaded.	Reassemble the medicine cup and ensure the cap is on straight and tight.
Machine is not producing enough flow.	Filter is dirty.	Replace the filter.
