Phototherapy Troubleshooting Guide |

In the case of any problems, attempt to troubleshoot using this guide, and if a solution cannot be reached, notify Wright & Filippis immediately at (800) 482-0222.

Power light is not on
|
Check to make sure the power cord is attached and the power switch is turned on.
|
| Yellow System Alert light is blinking |
This is a notification for Wright & Filippis that one of the lights is burned out and will need to be replaced during the next service procedure. Your baby is still receiving the same amount of light from the alternate bulb. |
| System Alert light is solid yellow |
The unit may have overheated. Turn the unit off for 10 minutes and then turn it back on. If the condition persists, contact Wright & Filippis.
If there is no light being emitted by the light panel, both bulbs may have burned out. Contact Wright & Filippis. |
| There is no light coming from the light panel |
Check to make sure the fiber optic cable is securely locked into the illuminator box.
Check the system alert light. If it is also solid yellow, contact Wright & Filippis.

| Light is coming from the illuminator box when the fiber optic cable is not plugged in. |
