Wright & Filippis requests that you call 24 hours in advance during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), when ordering oxygen cylinders. The delivery technician will exchange equal amounts of full cylinders for empty ones, unless other arrangements have been made with the Respiratory Care Department. For weekends and holidays, remember to place orders early for delivery so that you will have enough. It is important to keep at least a four hour emergency supply of cylinders on hand in case of equipment or power failure.
