Patient Education and Compliance Checks
 New patients using the Wright & Filippis Sleep Wright program will receive:
• Immediate confirmation of the order and notification to the physician of patient appointments and compliance issues.
• The name and contact number of the personalized representative processing the order.
• The patient is contacted immediately to schedule an appointment. Thorough follow-up is provided if the patient is unable to be reached.
• All setups are performed by a Licensed Respiratory Therapist.
• Specific information is offered about the equipment provided, a detailed list of supplies, and confirmation of patient education.
• Each patient is contacted and coached in compliance and usage within 72 hours of setup. Any problems are resolved and encouragement is offered. If any further training is needed, appointments are scheduled as soon as possible.
• An additional call is made to the patient after three weeks to offer encouragement and answer any questions. Again, should any further fitting or training need be identified, appointments are scheduled.
• Every three months, the patient is called and encouraged to continue proper usage.
• If a patient indicates that they wish to no longer use the equipment, our Respiratory Therapists work with the patient in an effort to keep the patient compliant.
