Letter from the Prez

At Wright & Filippis, customer service is of utmost importance in all facets of the company. That's why we are making improvements to our website, www.FirstToServe.com, in an effort to ensure it is a valuable resource for our patients and customers. Our newest addition is a question and answer page called "Ask the Healthcare Professional." Our goal is to help you find answers to your home healthcare questions.

You may email your question to one of our trained professionals in the prosthetics, orthotics, respiratory therapy, or home medical equipment departments. We will make every effort to address each question, and many of them will be posted so that others may also take advantage of the information.

We encourage you to check out the website for information on upcoming events, answers to your questions, and to learn more about Wright & Filippis. As always, we welcome your feedback.
