Our Indianapolis facility recently moved into a new, larger location. This new facility is located closer to the downtown area and the nearby medical centers, making it more accessible to patients. The new 4500 square foot facility was designed for total patient accessibility. It includes several patient rooms, a casting room, a state-of-the-art fabrication lab and a spacious warehouse.
Along with the move came some changes in staff. I have been named the new Branch Manager, Jim DeWees, Certified Prosthetist. Other new employees include Mark Anderson (BOC Orthotist), Phyllis Canady (Lead Customer Service Representative), Kylie Duvall (Customer Service Representative), Matt Miller (Delivery Technician) and Karen Lane (Respiratory Therapist).
These new employees have shown that dedication and hard work really do pay off. Day by day, the branch continues to grow steadily. The volume of work is increasing and more patients are being helped. This new staff and facility has positively assisted the growth of our business and I look forward to seeing many satisfied customers in the future.
