At Wright & Filippis, we've always been committed to these principles. Our dedicated and hardworking employees have been the significant reason why these principles are the foundation of our company. Their enthusiasm yields a positive work environment which contributes to their superior customer service. It is this customer satisfaction that has enabled Wright & Filippis to continue to be successful day after day.

I'd like to personally thank each and every employee for their commitment to Wright & Filippis. However, with over 600 employees, this is not exactly feasible. This is why I would like to invite all employees to attend the upcoming Employee Appreciation Weekend.

This weekend is not simply a "company meeting," it is a time for the entire company to assemble as one community. It will be a weekend for employees to be respected and appreciated by Wright & Filippis. Employees will be able to obtain valuable information about the company and various departments during the morning program. And, it will give them a chance to gather socially and meet their fellow employees from other facilities during the afternoon and nightly activities.

It is an enjoyable day for all and I encourage every employee to attend. The Employee Appreciation Weekend is October 26 at the Troy Marriott. Join Wright & Filippis in saying "thank you" to our dedicated employees for their outstanding work this year.
