Helping To Find A Cure

A.J. Filippis and Dick Purtan work together to stop ovarian cancer.

The Purtan Family Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation received a donation of $25,000 - money raised in the Gene Filippis Memorial Golf Benefit, sponsored by Wright & Filippis. A.J. Filippis presented the check to WOMC Radio's Dick Purtan who was grateful to receive the donation.

The Purtan Family Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, established by WOMC Radio's Dick Purtan, his wife Gail and their family, is dedicated to finding the cause and prevention of ovarian cancer and the pursuit of a cure for the disease.
