Quality Assurance Results Are In
In a Quality Assurance initiative launched last year, all new Home Medical Equipment patients who received service in Metro Detroit were given a phone survey. The customers were asked questions covering the following areas: cleanliness of equipment, timeliness of delivery, courtesy of staff, and quality of instruction. From April through October, Wright & Filippis has maintained scores in excess of 90% satisfaction across all areas surveyed. Your account representative can provide you with the data upon request.
