Company RoundupCentral Supply Department Please join me in welcoming Kelly Pearsall, Trina Wisniewski, and Angela Dillen to our team in the Central Supply department at Bond. Both Kelly and Trina are in the Diabetic Re-order group and Angela is in our Prescription department. We all look forward to them becoming part of our Wright & Filippis team. Also join me in congratulating one of our CSR's, Sue Merriman, on becoming a grandmother for the second time. Sue's daughter Jennifer gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Dylen on January 15, 2004. The Central Supply department has also developed their own Employee of the Month contest. I am happy to announce and congratulate Jody Wyszynski, our Employee of the Month for January, 2004. Customer Satisfaction Survey Process By Judy Walton We want to update you on the fantastic results from our Customer Satisfaction surveys. As a reminder, please have the satisfaction surveys available at your facilities. We are hearing wonderful comments and we want to encourage all of our customers to take a moment or two to complete the surveys. The Customer Service Process Improvement Team is looking into recognition programs to help celebrate the successful results from the surveys. Congratulations to all! What about the "not-so-nice" comments we receive? Believe it or not, we do get some of those, but they are definitely the exception. These include scores of 2 (fair) or 1(poor) in response to any survey question. As I receive these cards, I immediately contact the facility manager and we work through the issue for immediate resolution. On a quarterly basis, I will send these reports to toe ach facility in summary. If your facility does not receive a quarterly report, we will publish in the Friday Folder celebrating the fact that your facility did not receive any negative feedback for have any survey scores of 2 or 1 for the quarter. Keep up the good work!
By Krystal Hardy Once again, the Saginaw Wright & Filippis and Active Infusion facilities teamed up with St. Mary's Hospital for the annual Christmas shop to benefit less fortunate children in Saginaw County. Employees provided enough donations for 20 area children to have a Christmas, and the overall success of the Christmas shop allowed 150 children to wake up on Christmas morning to find gifts under their trees. This is a wonderful program that we're so proud to be a part of. There were volunteers from Wright & Filippis on the day of the event, who helped parents shop, wrap presents, played games with children, and helped load gifts in vehicles. The names are submitted via eight local agencies, and this year, due to the phenomenal amount of donations and volunteers, no child was left out. Each child received a toy, an outfit, hat and mittens, and books. I commend the Saginaw staff for all of their giving efforts this year. Saginaw employees felt that their branch manager needed a little help getting into the Christmas spirit this year, so what better way than to decorate his office with more than 1,000 Christmas lights and decorations! Bernie reacted very well to the surprise - he enjoyed his holiday lighting and brightened the holiday spirits for all of his staff members. |
