Letter from the Prez

The summer months are busy for many of us. It seems there are so many activities to fit into a short amount of time — graduation parties, weddings, and family vacations to name a few. It is also the time when many of us are invited to participate in various golf outings. Wright & Filippis is proud of its annual Gene Filippis Memorial Golf Benefit, which was recently held for the 21st consecutive year. Because these are busy months and I know your time is valuable to you, I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation to everyone who has worked to make our event so successful.

I would like to thank the sponsors, participants and volunteers who helped the golf benefit raise funds for three deserving organizations - American Diabetes Association, Saginaw Community Foundation Boundless Playgrounds, and Athletes with Disabilities Hall of Fame.

Your support is always appreciated and helps to make the day a success year after year. Over the past 20 years, the Gene Filippis Memorial Golf Benefit has raised close to a half million dollars that has been donated to worthy organizations. We could not do it without each and every one of you.

Again, I thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you on the course again next year!
