Letter from the Prez

Wright & Filippis is continuously looking to the future and striving to serve our patients and customers in a more convenient manner. We have plans to move from several of our current locations into larger spaces to offer improved parking and expanded product lines to our customers. Even though we have more locations than any other home healthcare provider, we are also opening new facilities in new areas, making it easier for those who may have been driving farther than they'd prefer.

As you will see in this issue's Facility Spotlight, the Kalamazoo facility has moved into a larger office - more than three times the size of their original space. We are also expanding in Saginaw, Sault Ste. Marie and Detroit. Wright & Filippis is adding a facility in Clinton Township, which will be a more convenient option to many customers who may have been driving to Port Huron, Warren or Rochester Hills.

In 2004, we opened an office in the Grand Rapids area, where we previously did not have a presence. This facility gives patients on the west side of the state another option for care. We also expanded into the Thumb, with new facilities in Bad Axe and Cass City.

We are also reaching out to patients all over the country through our mail order program. With our ability to ship products such as diabetic, ostomy, and urological supplies, we can meet the needs of home bound patients or those who just want the convenience of delivery to their home or office. This is done most of the time with no out of pocket costs for delivery.

Our sizable commitment to communities through Michigan and northwest Ohio is one more way we strive to provide our patients and customers with the best home healthcare possible.
