Clinton Township

Welcome to the Clinton Township facility – one of Wright & Filippis' newest facilities. Located in one of Michigan's fastest-growing areas, this facility fills a void on metro-Detroit's east side between Warren, Rochester Hills and Port Huron. The Clinton Township facility provides a convenient option to patients who were making longer drives to one of those other three offices.

Since opening on November 9, 2005, the office has seen tremendous growth. "Thanks to Steve Filippis for finding this location, we're off to a fantastic start," said Dale Ferguson, manager. "We've been very busy, particularlywith walk-in orthotic business."

The 13,000 square foot building is designed to keep growing with five fitting rooms, a large walking room and a large orthotics and prosthetics lab.

Ferguson oversees a staff of seven: Toni, supervisor; Laura, Ke-Nita and Marycarol, Customer Service Representatives; Lloyd, prosthetist; Jim, orthotist; and Brian, account representative.

"Toni has done a fabulous job of helping to get the office up and running while still maintaining her full responsibilities in Flint," added Ferguson.

"The staff here is great to work with. Since they are all from different facilities (Rochester, Detroit, Warren, Port Huron, and Flint), everyone brings a different perspective. That's something that is definitely unique about working here," said Toni Moore, supervisor.

The staff is beginning to get involved in the local community by taking part in the St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation Medallion Ball to raise funds for radiology and the Mt. Clemens General Hospital 19th Annual Elimination Raffle to benefit the Ted B. Wahby Cancer Center and the Mat Gaberty Heart Center. In addition, Ferguson visits the St. Joseph's Hospital wound care center and Jim Ceglie is involved in The Recovery Project – programs and state-of-the-art equipment geared at helping in the recovery process for individuals with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and neurological disease.
