Wright & Filippis is Going "Up North"

Wright & Filippis is expanding its presence in Northern Michigan with the addition of a new facility in Gaylord.

"We have had a facility in Alpena for over 20 years, and now it's great to be able to provide an additional option for our patients in that region," said AJ Filippis, Wright & Filippis president. "Gaylord is a rapidly growing area and we're excited to be part of it."

This will create new opportunities and increase company growth as well.

Having a presence in Gaylord allows Wright & Filippis to provide better service to patients by providing a full-service walk-in facility to handle all of their prosthetic, orthotic, and home medical equipment needs.

"We primarily distributed via delivery truck [out of Alpena] previously," said Michelle Taliaferro, facility manager. "Now the patient has the benefit of full clinical services."
