Letter from 
A New DMEnsion in Third Party Administration

We are excited about the growth of our third party administration business and find it necessary to change our name to more clearly differentiate this part of our business. We rely on the credibility of our network providers to deliver benefits to over 5.5 million members. Because of our dependence on them, we cannot be viewed as Wright & Filippis the provider, but we need to be seen as DMEnsion Inc., the benefit administrator and network manager. To that end, we are changing the name of ABP and W&F Administration to DMEnsion Network and DMEnsion Benefit Management.
With our URAC accreditation pending, we are establishing a national footprint thanks to great efforts of people like Debbie Pincura, Gerry Mato and John Pincura. These efforts not only protect our business in Michigan, but also provide an alternate revenue stream to help offset some of the reimbursement reductions which are becoming more routine on the direct patient care side of our business. Watch for more news regarding this exciting venture in the near future.
