WELCOME
to the January/February 2007 edition
of the Online Communicator

Another year in the books and another year full of possibilities! In this addition of the Communicator, President AJ Filippis recaps the many ways Wright & Filippis has been able to assist the community. Some groups we've been able to assist this past year include the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, Michigan Osteopathic Association, Brain Injury Association of Michigan, Special Olympics, American Lung Association, Kormanos Cancer Institute and many others.

The Q and A section on goJAYSEC, which is an online referral system that provides a secure and paperless way for physicians and key staff members to order products directly from Wright & Filippis is discussed and will hopefully answer any questions about this helpful system.

The 8th Annual Athletes with Disabilities Hall of Fame that was held on November 6, 2006 is recapped in a featured article.

The Facility Spotlight features the St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital Medical Pavilion II, the new site for Wright & Filippis, located on 733 E. Jefferson in suite #180.

Also included in this issue is an article about one of our own and her journey in the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer 3-Day. Toledo also held a breast cancer basket raffle to create support and awareness with the procedures going to the Koman Foundation, which is a global leader in the fight against breast cancer.

Upcoming events for February 2007 include the AmpuTEAM Basketball Challenge. This fundraiser will benefit Beaumont's Special Equipment Fund and will be held at Keller Middle School in Royal Oak. Keep posted for the date and time of this event.

We hope you find this first edition of the New Year enjoyable and look forward to keeping you informed throughout the year.

As always, we welcome your feedback.
