DMEnsion is Granted Full Accreditation
DMEnsionSM Benefit Management, a specialist in the management of durable medical equipment (DME) and prosthetic and orthotic (P&O) benefits, has been granted full accreditation for both claims processing and utilization management by URAC.
DMEnsion's parent company is Wright & Filippis®. "We are pleased to have been granted URAC accreditation in the areas of Utilization Management and Claims Processing," said A.J. Filippis, Chief Executive Officer of DMEnsion. "It is one more way we can show our existing and future customers the quality and value which are the integral part of our organization and the foundation upon which it is based."
Known formerly as the Utilization Review Accreditation Committee, URAC is an independent, nonprofit organization and is a nationally-recognized leader in promoting health-care quality through its accreditation and certification programs. URAC accreditation adds value to healthcare programs by providing an external seal of approval, and by promoting quality improvement within the organization as part of the accreditation process.
DMEnsion administers benefits for more than 2.7-million members in all 50 states and has over seven-million members who access its national network. The DMEnsion Network currently consists of more than 2,800 accredited DME-suppliers and certified P&O-facilities.
