Donations to Ghana
Wright & Filippis® has sent out its fourth 40-foot care container to Ghana. The container included orthotics, prosthetics, and durable medical equipment. These items will be donated to people who would otherwise be unable to afford them. Surgical supplies from local hospitals have also been included in the package.
Patients of Wright & Filippis have been asked to donate slightly used devices so they may also be shipped to Ghana. Among the items most needed are spinal orthotics, lower extremity orthotics, walkers, crutches, canes, and adult and pediatric wheelchairs that are not electric. As always, every little bit of help is appreciated.
