Facility Spotlight: Lansing
Located at 1438 E. Michigan Avenue in Lansing, MI the Wright & Filippis® Lansing facility has been serving customers for over 50 years. Its close proximity to Sparrow Hospital makes it all the more convenient for patients. As with all of the Wright & Filippis locations, the Lansing facility meets the high standards set by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in Orthotics and Prosthetics, as well as those of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This full service facility has a certified staff who offer the best in rehabilitative health care.
Among Lansing's staff is Becky Brown, RT in respiratory care, and Ron Johnson, CP in prosthetic care. Becky recently had her one year anniversary with Wright & Filippis and Ron has been a part of the team for just under three years.
Filling in the other areas of service are spinal care provider Mark Kranich, ROF and sports bracing and mastectomy expert Staci Galarowicz-Villaruel. New to Lansing is pediatric specialist Ken Woodard, CO. Ken comes from our Ann Arbor location but has been with the company for over 25 years.
The Lansing location has recently undergone some remodeling which made room for a larger showroom to display many new products. Diabetic care and lower extremity orthotist Scott Vercruysse, CO stated "We're all very excited about the recent growth at the Lansing facility and from all indications this trend will continue."
