WELCOME
to the November/December 2007 edition
of the Online Communicator

In the latest edition of the Online Communicator, Wright & Filippis and Crittenton Hospital team up to aid Ghana, West Africa. Hospital beds were donated by Crittenton and large crates were built by Wright & Filippis who oversaw the transportation of the beds.

This time the Facility Spotlight shines on Ann Arbor. This bustling area is the perfect spot for Wright & Filippis and its customers.

Crocs are introduced into most of the Wright & Filippis facilities. The super soft and comfortable shoes come in two different styles. Both styles come in a variety of colors and sizes.

For the third year in a row, Wright & Filippis donated wheelchairs to the patrons of the 48th annual Ann Arbor Art Fair and the patrons of the Upper Peninsula State Fair.

The 27th annual Wheelchair Daze Picnic was extra special this year. Held at Independence Oaks County Park in Clarkston, people with any form of disability were treated to a free picnic that included carnival games, boat rides, music, food and much more. A new Therapeutic Garden was dedicated in honor of the late Tony Filippis Sr. It will serve as a living tribute to the tremendous contributions made by Tony Sr. on behalf of persons with disabilities.

Also in this edition, find out who the winners were at the annual Michigan Amputee Golf Tournament, held in Three Rivers Michigan.

The Saginaw facility gets a makeover. Students from the local high school painted an original design for the pediatric fitting room.

And finally in the Letter from the Prez AJ Filippis introduces this year's class of inductees for the Hall of Fame Induction and Awards ceremony.
