Letter from the Prez

As each year ends and a new one begins we all get a sense of nostalgia and hopefulness towards the future. And if past efforts are an indication of the road ahead, then I would say that we are going in the right direction. That being said, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on a few of the many efforts made by our proactive employees, who have shown their passion to help others.

During the holiday season, the Flint facility took it upon them to organize a food drive to collect non-perishable items and monetary donations for the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. I would like to thank Toni Moore, Dan Bugg, and the Wright & Filippis employees who participated. Also this past holiday season, the Bond Distribution team held another toy drive for the Toys for Tots Foundation. All contributions were presented on the Jim Harper and the Morning Show on Magic 105.1. Thank you to Tom Hopkins and the Distribution team for organizing the fundraiser.

The Susan B. Komen 3-Day Walk hosted Wright & Filippis employees again last year. Kathie Keith from our Kalamazoo facility and Adrienne Pandori from Warren both participated in the walk to raise money for breast cancer research.

I wish I could name all of the employees that go out of their way to make a difference. To them, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude. It's because of them Wright & Filippis has become the company it is today. And now as we move into 2008, I know that the dedication will continue with our commitment to quality patient care.

Sincerely,
A.J. Filippis
