Wright & Filippis believes in its employees and now that a Customer Service Focus Group has just wrapped up, a star has been born. The Star Award, Above and Beyond Award and the Tony Sr. Award are part of this groups plan to re-energize Employee Recognition by creating a process to nominate, select and celebrate employees for outstanding customer service.
The group (Jeff Mastej, Kathy DeBow, Leann Clark, Tim Salley, Rob Wilson, Jessica Nance, Dana Earle, Jennifer Elmy, April Falkenbury, Debbie Simone & Trish Webster) collectively decided how employees would be recognized throughout the year for remarkable service. A kick-off was presented at the Wright & Filippis Employee Appreciation weekend. Wright & Filippis looks forward to acknowledging our shining Stars and team efforts that go Above and Beyond.
The group also recreated the Big Tony Award in memory of our passionate founder and patient advocate, Tony Sr. One remarkable employee will receive the prestigious Tony Sr. Award. This most esteemed honor will help celebrate the values of Tony Sr. and Wright & Filippis, Inc.
