Saginaw Hosts its Second Annual
Wheelchair Daze Picnic
The Wright & Filippis Saginaw location will be having its second annual Wheelchair Daze Picnic on Saturday, June 7, 2008. The picnic is once again being held at the Children's Zoo, located at Celebration Square, 1730 S Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI. The event will start at 11 a.m. and last until 3 p.m. This free event is for people of all ages with any form of disability and their family and friends. Carnival games, clowns, face-painting and a barbeque lunch are only some of the fun activities to enjoy. For more information, please contact Bernie Reid at (989) 799-7360.
Gene Filippis Memorial Golf Benefit
The 24th Annual Golf Benefit will be held on Monday, June 2, 2008. For 24 years this golf outing has raised money and awareness for a variety of non-profit organizations.
