Letter from the Prez

As we're all aware, everyone has been facing tough economic times lately. Unfortunately, those of us in the home healthcare field are not insulated from these challenges. Since I'm sure you, the reader, have your own set of individual concerns, I'm not going to dwell on the issues facing our company. But I do want to share two thoughts with you:

First, it's important for you to know that we are doing everything possible at Wright & Filippis to provide each and every patient with the high level of service you have come to expect from us. Despite the negative reports we all see almost daily on the evening news, we are committed to quality patient care – we are truly focused on the needs of our customers, and we will continue to do everything possible to minimize your out-of-pocket costs.

Second, I would like to commend and congratulate our staff for the tremendous efforts they've made in recent months. They have been challenged with finding innovative ways to improve patient care while exploring unique ways to achieve greater efficiencies. I'm proud of the strides they've made together.

One final note: I'd like to thank everyone involved with the success of the Gene Filippis Memorial Golf Benefit for the past 25 years. Reaching this landmark is something we should all take great pride in, because it represents many years of hard work and remarkable support for people who need it.
