Joe started his orthotic career as a technician at Detroit Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan in 1977. He attended Wayne State University and Northwestern University in Chicago to complete the Orthotic Certification Program.Joe has been practicing Orthotics for 37 years and has specialized in pediatrics for the last 25 years. He has gone from primitive casting techniques to our now high-tech CAD CAM designing methods. Joe keeps current with lower extremity advancements in gait performance. Throughout his employment with Wright & Filippis he has been involved with the Orthotic Residency program contributing to our future Orthotists.
