The prosthetic industry continues to look for more functional products such as feet, knees, hands and elbows while the Orthotic industry has developed specialized bracing for pediatric patients such as the First ever 3D printed Cranial re-shaping helmet including plagiocephalic-, brachycephalic-, and scaphocephalic for shaping heads. Nicole Ahee is an American Board Certified Orthotist specializing in Cranial Remolding Orthoses out of the Ferndale office. Nicole joined Wright & Filippis in 2015 where she completed her orthotics and prosthetics residency. Nicole completed her undergraduate studies at Grand Valley State University and attended Eastern Michigan University for her Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
