I would definitely recommend them!

My twins were born at 29 weeks. Since they were so early they spent a lot of time in NICU, and they both had flattening on their head. This office is wonderful, polite and nice. If you need to change an appointment it is never a hassle and is always accommodating, especially since my schedule changes often. Zane has already completed helmet therapy after wearing it for three months, while Zandrea just began her helmet therapy and she has already made great gains!

I needed a brace for my knee to continue playing tennis and Allison has been so attentive in supporting me to remain an active and competitive tennis player.

I have bone on bone arthritis and am an active tennis player. I needed a brace for my knee to continue playing tennis and Allison has been so attentive in supporting me to remain an active and competitive tennis player. She takes the time to recognize my weaknesses and makes sure the brace I have supports all of those areas. Allison makes sure the brace works properly by watching me walk, pivot and move so that all those areas are properly supported by the brace. She is always happy to make adjustments or to fit me in when my brace needs to be looked at.

AMAZING experience!!! My son was diagnosed with Plagiocephaly, flat spot on his head. The staff was so friendly and able to schedule my son for his helmet within just a couple of days.

This process can be long and frustrating between getting the referral from the primary doctor, to insurance coverage, fitting him for the helmet, and then helping him adjust to wearing it. I had previously gone through this process with my other son and Wright and Filippis was SO much faster to help us start the process. I didn’t have to wait 6 weeks to be seen and another 1-2 weeks for his helmet to arrive. Wright and Filippis were completely on top of things and were able to help correct my son’s flat spot MUCH faster. Which ultimately meant that he didn’t have to wear the helmet as long as my other son had to wear his. Overall, Wright and Filippis took 3 months to make my perfect baby even more perfect. Also, Kayleigh provided her cell number so if I had any questions, I could text her. GREAT experience and I really appreciated everything they did for us.

I appreciated all of the staff including upfront. Everyone was very cordial and kind in their effort to make this right and get rid of my foot pain.

I came in to see Darlene in the Livonia office after my doctor recommended a certain type of night splint to treat my plantar fasciitis. After wearing this splint for a few nights I realized this particular type of splint doesn’t work well with my foot shape. I came back in for adjustments and Darlene was very accommodative. She reached out to my physician to make sure they were ok with changing the type of splint and had great communication along the way. I left filled with content and will return if anything is needed. Hopefully, it won’t be.

One day I was passing by the Madison Heights facility and since it was so close to my home, I decided to check it out. I have Cerebral Palsy, which affects my stability and muscle strength on my left side. Greg has done a great job of helping me. He is always punctual, friendly, and overall great at his job. The office staff is always pleasant and filled with good people. Overall, the location is great, the people are wonderful, and I highly recommend this location. Glad I decided to check this location out!
